Dear Rosemont Family & Friends
Last Christmas was a truly remarkable experience here at Rosemont. Through The One, hearts were set ablaze by the glory and beauty of the Messiah, as the story of the nativity was brought to life in a fresh and captivating way. This new way of telling the story of Jesus challenged and reshaped people’s perceptions of Christmas, all for the glory of the Lord.

As we look ahead to another Christmas season, I am reminded of the Lord’s goodness and the precious gift of salvation He offered through Jesus Christ. I am grateful to be a part of a church community filled with faithful believers who are serious about their faith and willing to work for the Kingdom of Heaven.

The One was incredible, and we believe this year can be even better. However, that cannot happen without the faithful people of Rosemont again stepping up to answer the call. This year, we want to challenge you in a new and exciting way.

I want to personally challenge you, the people of Rosemont, to take up the responsibility of not only inviting the people of our community to The One this Christmas, but following up by sharing the gospel with each person you bring. We want to use fall as a time of equipping, to prepare you to make a difference in the lives of people all over this area.

To help with that process, we have created a forty-day devotional, written by the people of Rosemont. This will serve as a guide to help reshape your understanding of the Old Testament prophesies, deepen your faith, grow your prayer life, and increase your desire to share His story with your friends and neighbors. The devotional includes a call to prayer, an invitation to share your faith with someone who does not follow Jesus, and a reminder to have gospel conversations and pray with people to receive Jesus.

Use this devotional as your guide. Spend time in prayer, invite people to The One, and follow up with gospel conversations. Let’s make His name known.

We have been given a great gift in Jesus Christ, and it is our duty to use it for His glory. Let’s work with everything within us to spread the message of His majesty, glory, life, death, and resurrection.

What will you do to make His name known?

Your pastor,
Adam
